Cindy Cranston and Faye Taylor are the Total Edge Team Realtors® with Keller Williams Realty Heritage.  They celebrated the Grand Opening of their new offices located in the 181 Business Center at 2840 Business Loop 181 N #130, Floresville, TX on Tuesday, May 25, 2010.   Keller Williams Realty Heritage have made this new location a branch office for their 2338 N Loop 1604 W, San Antonio, TX office.  It was a really enjoyable day and gratifying to see the community come out in support of this event.

 

 

 

 Cindy has been involved with the  United States military her entire life; First as a proud military brat while her father served, then as a Medical Technician in the Air Force, and for the past 14 years as a military wife to her career military husband.

Cindy~ ‘Moving here 11 years ago, Todd and I fell in love with the area so we decided to retire here.  I look forward to serving in this community that our family has come to call Floresville home.’

Faye was born and raised in Wilson County and is a graduate of Floresville High School.  Her dad raised peanuts and cattle her entire life and has lived on the farm that his grandparents purchased in the early 1900s.  She has a keen knowledge of this area. Faye has earned a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation from the National Association of Realtors®.

While my office is located in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas all the agents live in Wilson county.  Growing up in  Wilson county not only makes me familiar with the area but with all of South Texas.  San Antonio and South Texas has been our stomping grounds all of our lives except for the 12 years I spent living in Houston.   Wilson county is becoming the new “Boerne” as people want to escape the congestion of the city but still be close where it is an easy commute.  Some of the subdivisions in Wilson are within 15 minutes of downtown San Antonio.  Talk about convenience.  We are about 10 miles from Brooks City Base where there is a super Walmart and HEB and various other shops and restaurants.  Then you have the small town atmosphere of Floresville or La Vernia.  Floresville has been growing continuously the last 10 years and will continue to grow as it offers so much for a much lower price than the northside of San Antonio.  Many of the people  who live in this area work in San Antonio but enjoy the peace of the country.   Wildlife is abundant to enjoy.  Wilson County offers a good school system, land, farming, cattle ranching,  hunting, cycle races, mud races, bike a thons, an active PTA, the Peanut Festival, weekly farmers markets in the summer.
