Wilson county has sold $67 million in real estate in the last 12 months. 10.85% of that was sold by RE/MAX Vista which is the largest amount for any agency in Wilson County. There is currently 171 3 bedroom single family residences for sale at an average price of $203,665 and 97 farm and ranch listings with an average price of $638,060. There were 132 single family residences sold in the last 12 months with an average sales price of $166,552 and the number of farm and ranch sales was 22. This indicates that the lower end of the market is moving faster than the higher end of the 3 bedrooms. The $8000 tax credit is helping the persons who are entering in the market for the first time.
